NEW MEDICARE PATIENTS: on Oct 1 2025, CMS has passed new guidance indicating Medicare patients must be seen in person once per year and within 6 months from an initial appointment. Due to this new guidance our practice is no longer accepting new Medicare patients. 

OUT OF NETWORK PLANS: We are not in network with the below plans and do not file out of network:

  • BCBS Blue Local (Atrium Health)

  • BCBS High Performance Network

  • Bright Health

  • Multiplan

  • Meritain Health (if no Aetna logo present or if Aetna "prices" claims only)

  • Tricare 

  • Magellan

  • VA insurance

  • Wellcare

  • Medicaid plans including commercial plans *

 

For out of network plans above, we can still see you as a patient, however, you will be a Self Pay patient.

*If you have Medicaid or have a Medicaid sponsored plan, our practice is out of network, pharmacies will not fill prescriptions written by non Medicaid providers . These are some common Medicaid sponsored plans:

  • Carolina Complete Health - Medicaid sponsored plan.

  • United - NCDSSNP

Self Pay

 

Our providers accept self pay should you you not have insurance or we are out of network with your current carrier. Our fees are as follows:

 

New patient assessment 1 hr - $300

Established patient 20 min - $150

Established patient 40 min - $200

Raleigh Wellness and Behavioral  Health does not have after-hours answering services or emergency care. If you feel as though you or someone you know may be in a crisis or emergency situation please call 911 and report to the nearest emergency department for evaluation.
