Is Telehealth right for me?

Video call

Many patients face barriers when it comes to in-person healthcare visits. Whether due to disabilities, physical distance, or transportation, many patients are able to receive medical consultations via telehealth they may otherwise have missed.

Much like an in-office visit, your provider will review the medical chart and history, and then speak with you. Connecting with your provider is easy as your appointments are integrated in your patient portal "Breeze".

And, yes, medications can be prescribed via tele health!

Telemedicine

All appointments are virtual. You can have your initial and subsequent appointments from the comfort of your home or office.
